TANU WEDS MANU[Holy Review-1]

THE BEST ROMANTIC FLICK OF THE YEAR SO FAR...

Movies are all bout fun,rite.To laugh your hearts out,live the moment,maybe learn a little about Indian values & traditions too & wouldn't it be a delight if it deals with the moment which comes in every one's life & that too with so much thoughts,plannings & sacrifices..Marriages :)

Now 'Tanu Weds Manu' is not the best movie on marriages,it isn't something which we haven't ever seen,or something which would change the whole concept of love stories & to be very true there are moments post interval when the storyline gets a little cliche & boring too though it soon comes back to the track with a decent climax.

Whatever sets TWM apart from all of these is the simplicity in which the story of 'Mannu' & 'Tanuja' is portrayed,some strong performances from the lead pair & music which definitely is creating waves all around.Madhavan has given a performance which is definitely going to be praised & remembered for a very long time.Kangna is b'ful,unpredictable & believe me,try as hard you may,you won't be able to hate her.

Now Manu is an Nri who has come back to India & his family as expected wants him to tie the knot this time.Cut to Kanpur where we are introduced to Kangna & what follows is a sweet,simple & an innocent tale of love,marriages & a journey of self realization & exploration.The movie is shot mostly in Kanpur,Lucknow,Delhi & Kapurthala.

Kangna looks indeed b’ful & does full justice to her role.All in all a fun filled,sweet,indeed very sweet tale of love,marriages & the notion that “Marriages are made in Heaven”

Watch it for Madhavan,for the shweetest unconventional new couple in town & watch it for the feel of marriages,shaadi,dhol-bhangra & ‘Saadi Gali’.We all love movies on shaadi,baarat & simple love stories.Hai naa !!!

You won't like to miss this one.Get ready to fall in looooove once again.The most promising pair of the year is all set to tie the knot@25th Feb..Don't miss this one even if you a World Cup addict.

Only Irfan Khan could have delivered it with this audacity & finesse in his voice.There is just something about his voice & the flow which makes it almost hypnotising.This man once again steals the show & proves it to one & all,that though there may be loads of class actors in a movie,all at their very best,Irfan Khan would then too emerge as the King amongst all.

I very vividly remember the climax of 'Billu Barber' where Srk enters Irfan's house & with all due respect to the King Khan,Irfan literally stole the show with his expressions,dialogue delivery & the way his eyes speak.Mind blowing !!

Phenomenal is an understatement for this kind of performance.This man fills life in each & every scene he is in like extra attention had been given to those specific parts.Being literally tortured with love syndrome,selfless one sided love for Chitraganda[Preeti],Irfan carries this role with so much finesse that it would be impossible to imagine any other actor portraying this character.

Now Irfan[Arun] loves Chitraganda[Preeti],who in turn falls for Vipul[Shyam] unaware of the fact that Arun has deep down his heart feelings for her.Kuldeep[Arunoday Singh] wants to leave this dark world as he fears his wife is going to leave him for someone very soon if he didn't mend his ways.Aditi Rao Hydari[Shanti] (Delhi-6) plays his wife,a girl who fell for Kuldeep not knowing his profile[Mafaiso & Gundagardi] & single handily looking after a child of 6.Every encounter she has with Kuldeep she slaps him,calls him 'Kutta'[ Dog] & in turn gets kissed by him in some of the most blatant scenes given by this Delhi girl who we came to know is married.

Phewwwwwwwwwwwww !!!

Saurabh Shukla as Mehta,Yashpal as Bade & Prashant as Chote have all done utmost justice to their respective characters & Sushant Singh once again is at his artistic best.

Sudhir Mishra & Manu Rishi have single-handedly made the movie a sure shot sensation with its dialogues which reminds us of our daily conversations,slang's & swears which would be relished,cherished & happily accepted by the youth of today as well as some of the adults too plus the rustics :)

Sensational background score,lyrics which defines the movie,exceptional comic timings,awesome performances from a team where everyone,just everyone delivers with their very best,the seduction & the much publicised 22 lip locks of Arunoday &Aditi[breaking the previous 17 record of Malika & Himanshu in Khwaish],the beauty of Chitranganda,[again saying,it was really very very difficult to take eyes off her in every single frame she appeared] & Irfan Khan at his very best makes this movie a class apart.

Watch it for Irfan & the beauty with which he delivers the lines "Use Jab Dekha To Bas Laga K Yahi Hai" & "Ishq Ka Ek Problem Hai,Gar Ek Ki Lagegi To Dusre Ki Bhi Lagni Hai Kabi Na Kabi" & many,many more.

From the makers of "Hazaron Khwaishein Aisi" , "Chameli" , "Is Raat Ki Subha Nahin" & "Dharavi"..You can't afford to miss this one.One thing is for sure 2011 is gonna be the year of some great movies & this one is not just another movie.Its a Break-neck speed moving Bollywood's reply to Robert Rodrigues'& Quentin Tarantino's landmarks.
